We use your information to provide and improve our services — creating and managing events, generating and delivering QR-coded e-tickets, sending event-related notifications (SMS and email), processing ticket purchases, and providing event check-in services. We also use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and platform improvement.

Event organizers use niinvite.com to send invitations, ticket confirmations, reminders, and payment receipts to guests via SMS and email. By providing your contact information to an event organizer, you consent to receiving these event-related communications. Standard messaging rates may apply for SMS.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to deliver our services: with payment processors to complete transactions, with SMS and email providers to deliver notifications, and with cloud infrastructure providers to host our platform. Event organizers have access to their own guest and ticket data. We may disclose information if required by law.

We retain your account information as long as your account is active. Event and ticket data is retained at the organizer's discretion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some transactional records may be retained for legal and auditing purposes.
